Dates and Deadlines
Below you will find some important study away dates and deadlines for spring 2024. Please email studyaway@williams.edu if you have any questions!
*Throughout Winter Study and the spring semester, we will be offering general group advising meetings (no sign up required!). You can view more information about this here.
January 15, 2024- WEPO application deadline. All WEPO requirements will be due by 11:59 pm on this date.
January 15, 2024- Global Scholars application will open and live on our website.
February 07, 2024- Syracuse University Abroad virtual info session at 4 pm EST. Interested students can access the Zoom link here.
February 12, 2024- Global Scholars application deadline. All Global Scholars requirements will be due by 11:59 pm on this date.
February 19, 2024- Caribbean Student Support Network will be on campus. They will be hosting an info session for all interested students at 12:45 pm in Paresky 201.
February 21, 2024- Wesleyan Advocacy and Community Based Training Semester (ACTS) for Human Rights virtual info session at 4 pm EST. Interested students can RSVP here.
February 21, 2024 & February 22, 2024- Williams-Mystic will be on campus. They will be tabling in Paresky from 11-1 pm on both days.
February 28, 2024- Arcadia Abroad virtual info session at 5 pm EST. Interested students can access the Zoom link here.
March 1, 2024- General study away application deadline for anyone planning to study away next year (fall 2024, spring 2025, or full year). All application requirements will be due by 11:59 pm on this date.
March 1, 2024- Williams-Mystic early admissions deadline for fall 2024. Students who apply by this date (and are accepted by Williams-Mystic) are guaranteed a spot on the program.
April 4, 2024- The Education Abroad Network (TEAN) will be on campus. They will be hosting an info session for all interested students at 12 pm in Hopkins 201. Students can RSVP here. Lunch will be provided.
April 10, 2024- The Swedish Program will be on campus. They will be tabling in Paresky from 11-1 pm, and will also be hosting an info session for all interested students at 3 pm in Hopkins 201.
April 18, 2024- IES Abroad will be on campus. They will be hosting drop-in hours in Paresky 114 from 10-11:30 am, and will also be tabling in Paresky from 11:30-1 pm.
May 1, 2024- All pre-departure forms/quizzes are due for students studying away in fall 2024/full academic year. These requirements will be located in your application portal through Terra Dotta.
May 3, 2024- Mandatory pre-departure orientation meeting for all students studying away in fall 2024/full academic year. Students who will be studying away through Williams-Mystic or WEPO are exempt from this meeting. Time/location tbd. More details will be announced later in the semester.
